1 – Very Low (Sedentary): You spend most of the day sitting (e.g., desk job, minimal physical activity, little to no intentional exercise).
2 – Low: You do some light movement throughout the day (e.g., occasional walking, household chores), but no structured workouts.
3 – Moderate: You’re on your feet regularly and include some moderate exercise a few times per week (e.g., walking, light gym sessions, yoga).
4 – High: You engage in structured, moderately intense workouts almost daily (e.g., strength training, running, sports) and are active during most of the day.
5 – Very High (Athlete Level): You train intensely and/or have a highly physically demanding job or lifestyle (e.g., manual labor, athletic training, multiple workouts per day).
